Return Policy



We strive to make your shopping experience an enjoyable and efficient one and we are committed to making sure you and your sweet pea are completely satisfied with your purchase. This is why we offer a generous 30 day return and exchange policy under the following guidelines:



All items qualifying for returns must be must be new and unused with tags attached and in the original package with all packing slips and order email confirmation included, so we may properly service your request.

New and unused means sale-able condition, not soiled and not washed. Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to restock or resell a used product. Not all products are returnable or exchangeable, this would be noted at product level page.

Our store products are thoroughly inspected before they leave our manufacturers warehouses so as to assure maximum satisfaction with no manufacturers defects. Occasionally, a defect may be missed, so if your item does arrive damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 HOURS of receipt at returns[ at ]pampermepuppy[ dot ]com.

In your email to us please include your name, email address used when placing order, order number and the reason for your return or exchange in your request to us. We will email you the address to send the return to. We reserve the right to make final judgment on all returns.

We ask you to please read the product detail page carefully before ordering. Some items such as pet beds, totes, carriers and personalized items are not eligible for returns and exchanges due to state health regulations and personalized items that can not be resold.

Please make sure that you measure your pet accurately using our sizing chart before ordering and be careful in your selection of sizes and colors as each manufacturer has different sizing guidelines.

If the item is new and unused and in its original packaging with all paperwork included, we will then gladly allow you to return or exchange your item for equal or greater value less a restocking fee as per guideline. Please notify us at:

for authorization and a RMA#. In your email to us please include your name, email address used when placing order, order number and the reason for your return or exchange in your request to us. We will email you the address to send the return to. We reserve the right to make final judgment on all returns.

The restocking fee is as follows:

  • 15% restocking fee of the order amount within the first 8 days of ship date.
  • 30% restocking fee of the order amount between the 9th day and 20th day of ship date.
  • 45% restocking fee of the order amount between the 21st day and the 30th day of ship date.

You agree to allow us to charge your credit card as we reserve the right to do so in the case of price differences and restocking fees.

PLEASE NOTE: All returns and exchanges require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number(RMA#) from Pamper Me Puppy. After you have received authorization on your return you must be given an RMA#. Please note that any return or exchange received without an RMA# including non deliverable, refused or unclaimed orders will NOT be processed and will be returned to the customer at the customers expense with an additional 30% restocking fee incurred.

-All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer except in the case where Pamper Me Puppy shipped a damaged or defective item.

-We are committed to processing your return quickly. Please allow 2 weeks after we receive your item(s) before you receive your credit or exchange.

-To insure that your return gets delivered to us correctly and for your security, please return your items with an insured shipping carrier such as Fed Ex or UPS with a tracking number and retain your receipt. We regret that we do not accept COD's.

We here at Pamper Me Puppy take pride with pleasing each and every customer with the superior products and excellent customer service that you and your pet deserve. We have wonderful pets of our own and we wish that we can take back every product but in order to provide you with the very best, we are unable to resell or restock used merchandise once it is returned. In addition, health regulation laws prohibit the reselling of used and worn items.
